- ArtiosCAD will recognize certain paper bag style designs and accurately fold them in 3D.
- This streamlines the design process by allowing designers to erect and knock-down bag designs within ArtiosCAD 3D, eliminating the need for additional software to show bags with complex folds in 3D.
3D Scene Parts List
- An interactive dialog simplifies managing and selecting individual components of multi-part designs and complex 3D assemblies by listing all design parts that make up the 3D scene.
- This will reduce time and errors in the design process.
Create Animation Videos with Mates
- Enable and disable mated parts in 3D during video animations, providing a clear and accurate representation to clients, which is critical for effective communication and client satisfaction.
What's New in Cape Pack 25.03

A New Level of Flexographic Print Quality
- The new CDI Crystal Quartz Screens bring a new level of quality for flexographic printing with reduced anilox volumes.
- Quartz Screens have a higher frequency surface pattern, which improves ink laydown.
- Two new screen types are available, the Crystal VQ and SQ.
- Crystal VQ is a grid-based screen utilizing the new Q-Cells surface pattern. It is combined with our patented minimum dot technology and transition from highlights to create the next generation Flexo Screen.
- Crystal SQ is a new stochastic based screen which improves the printed image detail. The addition of the Q-Cells surface pattern reduces dot gain and keeps the plates clean on press. The new stochastic base screen is complimented by the minimum dot and transition to highlights technology.
Improved Image Fidelity
- Crystal S. is a stochastic based screen for UV inks which improves the image fidelity up to the equivalent of 300lpi. The technology was launched in 24.11.
- Updated with a wider range of minimum dots.
- The user can now select a different size min dot to the base dot used in the mid tones.
