Optimize Plate Consistency
XPS Crystal optimally combines UV main and back exposure. Unlike UV frames, which use lightbulbs with fluctuating output, the XPS Crystal uses UV LEDs that don’t need warm-up time and always emit consistent radiation.
The XPS Crystal Comes in Three Sizes
XPS Crystal 5080
For flexo plates of up to 50” x 80” (1270 x 2032 mm) or smaller.
XPS Crystal 4260
For flexo plates up to 42” x 60” (1067 x 1524 mm) or smaller.
XPS Crystal 4835
For flexo plates of up to 48” x 35” (1200 x 900 mm) or smaller.

XPS Crystal Certification Program
The XPS Crystal platemaking certification program focuses on the plate making process as well as best-in-class print quality. The certification program is open to all XPS Crystal users and can be started when the XPS Crystal is installed, during a preventative maintenance visit of the XPS, or upon request.
